What is his range here? You said he was loose but is it loose-passive?vs AA-TT you are 1.28:1 dog (56-44) but if he is aggressive would he have just smooth called you in this spot?vs 2 pr or a small set you are 3:2 dog.vs Ah7h you are 2.57:1 dog.vs Tx you are a flip (51-49 fav). iggymcfly 0
If you had more chips behind, then villian's hand would be more likely to be a NFD, and you'd be making a push with bad pot odds, so it would be a fold. As is, the decision is so close that it really doesn't matter what you do here. You're probably up against one pair about 60% of the time, a better flush draw about 25% of the time, two pair or a set about 10% of the time, and a worse draw maybe 5% of the time, so on balance, I'd guess that calling shows a very marginal profit here. offset 0
I lean towards folding. Pretty decent chance villain has Ax/Kx of hearts or a pair and higher flush draw. Stupid question, but this isn't the "really loose" blind steal you're referring to, is it?

offset 0
J9 sooted is loose for me(most of the time). From the CO this should be a standard raise. Try loosening up your raising requirements. Suited connectors and suited one gappers are great blind stealing hands, especially with 50bb or more. If you win the blinds that's great, if you get a caller that's great too. You will often win the pot with a flop continuation bet, you might hit a pair, and you will sometimes hit big and bust him. I would suggest raising down to 87s from late position and loosening up even more once that gets comfortable.
iggymcfly 0
Shiit, I'll usually raise down to 74s and 65o from the cutoff. I play hella LAG though.

erac22 0
You're playing J9s, what kind of flop are you looking for. This flop hit you nearly as well as it could have. As smash would definately advocate, push all in on the flop. That's right, just shove. If he has anything but a set or 10 7, we force him to make a big decision. And whatever he has, we're drawing very live. Either open push or check raise all in. In any case, I'm calling here in a heartbeat.
