Yeah that was pretty messed up. Some of the analysts were saying how they deserved it by beating arizona twice and their early quality wins against the likes of oklahoma, but oklahoma sucks. So many teams could have gotten #1 if tournament games ended differently but i'm shocked that louisville got a 4 seed, they are definitely deserving of a 2 or 3.

Washington probably should have been a 2 but i can tolerate a 1 being that Kentucky, Wake, and Kansas lost in their conference tournament. So did NC, but they are undoubtadly the best team talent wise, they are like last year's UConn.

you wanna talk about snubbed....Louisville got a 4 seed....they only lost 4 games all year!! Now, I'm not saying they should've been a #1 seed or anything...but a #4? That was a joke.

Ok... have any of u looked at Washington's RPI or SOS? I'm not saying they were most deserving of the seed but i can see why they got it... and the team with the biggest grip is most definately Louisville... team is flat out on fire and has the best player in the country IMHO in Francisco Garcia.. If Wake goes to the Finals in DC at the ACC they are a #1... they didnt even have to win ... p.s.I've gotten absolutely hammered with Chris Paul before.... :D

I would think gonzaga has a great shot at the final four this year. They got a big man in Turiaf and the next Larry Bird with Adam morrison(kidding kidding). But I believe they have a great team with solid players.

Also, if Kentucky, Arizona win the conference tourney they get the #1 too. Wake pretty much just needed to not lost to NC State. The seeds don't matter all that much, they just need to go out and get it done in the big tourney.

Meh, the committee rewards strong finishes.Louisville should have been a 2 or a 3 though, they're better then Kansas this year for sure, maybe better then KentuckyWashington is in the 2nd best conference with the 3rd best RPI and beat Arizona twice. If you switch the resumes of those two teams, no one would be arguing about Arizona as a #1 seed.
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

Wake deserved a #1 seedI haven't heard an argument that convinces me Washington is more deserving of one.I know having 3 teams ranked #1 in their brackets from the ACC is unheard of, but the ACC was incredibly difficult this year, far more so than any other conference.Wake went 26-5Washington went 27-5Key Wake wins: Arizona (Top ten), Texas, UNC (Washington doesn't have a win CLOSE to the amount of this one), Cincinattie, Duke (Another top 10 team) Georgia TechWake losses: Illinois, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Duke, NC StateFlorida State is the only bad loss there, and anyone who watched FSU play knows how hot they can get. And the loss to NC St came without the potential NCAA Player of the Year Chris PaulKey Washington wins: Utah, Oklahoma, Alabama, NC State, Arizona (Twice)Washington losses: Gonzaga, UCLA, Arizona, Oregon St., StanfordI just don't think the two are comparable. The most impressive Washington win is Arizona, which Wake also beat.Throw UNC and Duke on top of that, and I think you have a case for making Wake Forest, NOT Washington, a #1 seed

I think Louisville deserved to be above at least, Oklahoma, Kansas, UConn, Gonzaga just to name a few. Not that these aren't all good teams. But Louisville's poll rank is the same as their NCAA seeding....no way. I don't feel for Wake, they needed to beat NC State I think to get in, didn't do it. I understand the Chris Paul thing, who cares. They just gotta play with a chip on their shoulder now. Also, if UConn isn't the defending National Champs, do they have a chance at a 2 seed? I don't think so. I think they've been overrated all year long. They just haven't performed. As a team that is close to me in location, I would like to see Southern Illinois (SIU) get into one of the bigger conferences, maybe C-USA with all the conference shuffling going on. They've gotten an At-large bid out of a mid major conference 4 years running, and made a Sweet 16 run one of those years. I would love to see em mix it up in a bit better conference. Also might be nice to see Gonzaga play in the Pac-10, but oh well. Just fun stuff to think about.

Washington might not deserve a #1 seed, but you've gotta admit that their probably the most fun team in the tournament to watch. I hope they go far.
