gobears 0
Turn bet was automatic but any thoughts on the flop? I called to see if a safe turn card fell since there were flush/straight draws out there. Should I just repot on the flop?Omaha Hi $5-$5 PL (Real Money), #641,484,323Table Middletown, 24 Jun 2006 8:42 PM ETSeat 1: lisdexic0 ($1,785.80 in chips)Seat 2: BeatCal90 ($513 in chips)Seat 3: gobearsfcp ($336.10 in chips)Seat 5: jayjayc1 ($500 in chips)Seat 6: SHLDBFISHING ($1,306.05 in chips)Seat 7: danamon ($239 in chips)Seat 10: galiard ($785.75 in chips)ANTES/BLINDSgaliard posts blind ($5).gobearsfcp has PRE-FLOPlisdexic0 folds, BeatCal90 folds, gobearsfcp calls $5, jayjayc1 folds, SHLDBFISHING folds, danamon calls $5, galiard checks.FLOP galiard checks, gobearsfcp bets $15, danamon calls $15, galiard bets $75, gobearsfcp calls $60, danamon folds.TURN galiard bets $50, gobearsfcp bets $256.10 and is all-in, galiard calls $206.10. dingas 0
You can play it either way, but I like a call. This way, you win the max against a lower set and can get away cheaply if your opponent hits a draw on the turn.
greatwhite 0
I'd call the flop for the same reason as dingas. I also raise preflop.
iggymcfly 0
In position, I like the call. It's not like he can check and take a free card on the turn if you have a big draw. All a reraise does is give him the chance to get away from the hand. You'd probably get less biased replies if you removed the turn action where you get your whole stack in with the nuts though. If you were OOP though, I'd just go for the repot to avoid putting yourself in a negative equity situation against a big draw that you should be favored over.
