Check-fold the flop. An open-ended straight draw is crap in Omaha, especially since here only one end of it is to the nuts. How you play the river is read-dependent. Against a frequent bluffer, a check/call might induce a bluff. Against a tight player, either check/fold, or make a big enough bet that if he raises, you know he has the nuts and can fold.

agreed. id c/f the flop. you could take a stab at it if you were in lp but up front you need to just pitch it.

The bet on the flop is bad with that many people still to act. Betting less than the pot on the turn is terrible. If you insist on misplaying all those streets, than you really need to check/reevaluate on the river. Betting into that street is, once again, terrible.
