say "YAY" to fear-based faith.
of the righteous man is beset on
all sides by the inequities of the
selfish and the tyranny of evil
men. Blessed is he who, in the
name of charity and good will,
shepherds the weak through the
valley of darkness, for he is truly
his brother's keeper and the finder
of lost children.
And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those
who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.
And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

ZING!
Hitler was not motivated by hate.
Gervais: What do you worry about, that you've heard on the news?
Pilkington: I heard something about worms getting teeth.

Make fun of you . . . nah . . . don't have time for that. I just think it's funny that you would start a thread in the religion forum titled, "How stupid do u have to be to believe in GOD?" What would make you do that? I'll tell you. You are some bitter, simple minded person who just started this thread to get people fired up so you can argue and throw meaningless insults around, with the sole purpose of stroking your e-thug ego and pretending to be something your not. Just the pure tone of this thread shows how narrow minded and intolerant of a person you are. I AM a christian and believe in GOD. But the difference between you and I is that I can start and carry meaningful discussions (and friendships) with those that disagree with my beliefs. You on the other hand show just how ignorant and unaccepting of others you are with your apparant intolerance for people who don't agree with your beliefs. You must live a lonely life in your little bubble of a world without all the "stupid" people allowed inside.
Maybe YOU should try "looking to the air for guidance" . . . sounds like HE might be the only one willing to be your friend . . .

Agreed. Lois is always a great sport, he goes to long lengths to talk about his ideas, and he almost single handedly supports his side of the debate. What would the religion forum be without Lois?
