Question About Villain Stats

Can someone tell me what these stats are? I am just learning to use Poker Office and I want to know what the best stats are for table overlay. I also want to start adding them to my posted hands.

Sweeeeeeeeet.. I got quoted.

This is taken from Pokertracker, and GT+, not sure if Poker Office is the same, but this means:

VP$IP/PFR%/AF

aka

Voluntarily Put Money in Pot / Preflop Raise % / Aggression Factor



VP$IP = % of hands played, not including blinds

PFR% = % of hands raised preflop

AF = (bets+raises) / calls
