And then I lead the flop, and he ALWAYS raises me! Add in the fact that I'm one tabling, have a report due 2morrow, and am generally really stressed out, this guy was putting me on tilt!

Three bet him. Always raises? I'm three betting a fair amount. Train him, especially on the cheap street.RE: the hand, he probably had overs or the FD.

I like the play on the river if his WTSD is low, otherwise I don't like it that much. If he is the type of guy that keeps bluffing, let him bet the turn for you. If he doesn't I like your bet. Against these type of players you definately want to see SD.
