This is a very clear raise on the flop in my oppinion. I don't like the river call btw. Did he often bet out on the flop with ten high when it was raised pre-flop?

I'm assuming he put the guy on a counterfeited 2x.I fold the river. But not raising the flop just made things difficult.

Yeah...I like either a raise on the flop or bet-call flop/bet-raise turn.
