aya, that guy's a silly, silly man.i 3-bet pf and probably cap the flop against him to get some more info. if he comes at me on the turn anyway, i probably call down like you did. if he c/r-es the turn, then i call down, too. otherwise i'm betting both the turn and river in position, and calling a river raise.

What do you think UTG's range is when he calls the flop 3-bet?What do you think SB's range is?

What do you think UTG's range is when he calls the flop 3-bet?
uhm... something like: 77-99, A6s-AJs, A8-AQ, KQs, KQo, KJ-KQs... a normal-ish range. i actually don't use pokertracker very often, so i don't know how to interpret numbers very well. i like words better. :club:

tougher. that's why i like to 3-bet stuff like this, so i can get a better idea of what's up with the blinds. but he's LAG, so he'd probably call anyway. i'd guess that after the flop, the SB could have either a K that we're drawing to beat with either a J, Q, or spade, or the As, which we're ahead of. that's an argument to cap the flop either way, i think.

I think you're confusing the 2.SB is the tight player that cold called pf. I would think his range is limited to 99/TT, JTs+, KQo,KTs+, AJo+, and ATs+. With him probably 3-betting AK pf.So, when he 3-bets this flop, I think I can safely put him on:TT/99, KQo, KTs, QJs, and maybe AJo/AQo with the As. Also, he could have something like T9s/K9s every once in a while. So I'm not doing too well against this range.UTG's range is pretty similar:K9o+, AK, JJ (with spade), and a lot of Asx hands. It seems to me like I'm in the terrible spot of possibly having the 2nd best made hand and 2nd best draw.
