now im not one for drugs, i have seen it destroy many lives but look at the stats:

Cigarettes: 1,000,000 preventable deaths a year
Alcohol: 500,000 preventable deaths a year
Marijuana: Less than 3,000 preventable deaths a year

This statistic is so ridiculously meaningless and misleading that I can't even begin to discuss.

Cheers though,

Drugs are bad, M'kay.
The path
of the righteous man is beset on
all sides by the inequities of the
selfish and the tyranny of evil
men. Blessed is he who, in the
name of charity and good will,
shepherds the weak through the
valley of darkness, for he is truly
his brother's keeper and the finder
of lost children.
And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those
who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.
And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

Odds on DN opening up a Drugs Forum?
NL Hold em is a game measured in hours of pure boredom interrupted by moments of shear terror.

Drugs and addiction are horrible problems that can seriously affect your life journey. Luckily, I can help. It's true! I can get someone off of heroin in just three days!

Keep in mind they were all dumb enough to do those drugs repeatedly. Why should we care?

I think it may be impossible to die directly from marijuana, unless you are talking about cancer, and I don't know how you could get the number 3,000 for marijuana-related cancer deaths.

That isn't true. I saw a commercial once where one kid shoots his friend with his dad's gun while they were high. Oh, and then there was the time where some stoners hit a girl on her bike while getting stoned in the McDonalds drive-through... Wait, bad example--I don't know if she died--she could have just gotten hurt really bad. But still, don't support terrorists.

I still laugh every time I see those commercials.

All that means is that marijuana caused a lot more unpreventable deaths than anyone can possibly imagine.

I enjoy the occasional hard drug, but for some reason I can't stand smoking pot anymore.
At midnight I'm back in my room, it serves as a drunkards tomb.

Damn those unpreventable deaths! They screw up every statistic ever.
I keep telling myself I'm moving on
Believing my heart was strong
But every step I take that leads me away
Just circles back to your door

What I'd give if I could touch you

Wishing I didn't love you anymore

dispite popular folk lore to the contrary, Marijuana impares your fine and gross motor functions, and can lead to auto wrecks. Not as much as say, booze, but still.
