Hero has a LAG image. Villain has been at the table for a little while but he hasn't really shown down any hands that were significant.

Hollywood poker Texas Hold'em $1-$2 NL 5 max (real money), hand #467,834,625
Table Brisbane, 11 May 2006 12:41 AM ET

Seat 3: DMzerozero ($247.10 in chips)
Seat 4: Villain ($102.30 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero[ QD,QS ] ($196.80 in chips)
Seat 9: Ellalan ($90.00 in chips)
Seat 10: Young Hoe ($114.40 in chips)
ANTES/BLINDS
DMzerozero posts blind ($0.50), Villain posts blind ($1), Ellalan posts blind ($1), Ellalan posts blind ($0.50).

Dealt to Hero: [ QD,QS ]

PRE-FLOP
Hero bets $5.50, 3 folds, Villain calls $4.50.

FLOP ($13) [board cards 4C,7D,QC ]
Villain checks, Hero bets $8, Villain calls $8.

TURN ($29) [board cards 4C,7D,QC,JC ]
Villain checks, Hero bets $23, Villain calls $23.

RIVER ($75) [board cards 4C,7D,QC,JC,5D ]
txstate83 checks, Hero?

I know I underbet the flop. I played it like a greedy donk. Pot it? Bet the river or check behind? Villain hasn't acted like he has a flush so far. We would have heard from all flushes by now except for a possible slowplay from the nut flush. If we bet the river and Villain check-raises do we have to call given the enormous pot odds that we have and the chance that we still could have the best hand?

I doubt he has a flush here. I'd value bet about $30

If you bet $30 & he check-raises what's your play?

Probably call. he'll only be throwing another $35 ontop and some times he's slowplayed a set, two pair. But i also, don't think he has the flush being OOP and may make another call w/ something marginal.

Dubey said it best. Go for value. This person most likely has tp tk or 2 pair, maybe even one pair with the ace of clubs.
If you are check raised simply call.
