Hey guys, haven't been playing much O8 lately so I haven't been around this forum much, but I played a $22 PLO8 tourney on Stars yesterday.

Reads - this table has been extremely aggressive on the whole, a lot of pre-flop jamming, stop and gos out of the blinds, etc. My question is, after this gets checked around to me twice, is my hand strong enough to bet the turn? Also, I have no idea why I didn't raise preflop. This is such a crappy hand I think I meant to try to steal and then misclicked. So try to ignore that.

I am very tempted to bet the flop and take it right there.

in a tournament setting, i am very, very often betting this flop. you can make it impossible for someone who doesn't have a 5 to call, and probably get a free card for your running low if you do get called and know you're beat. if you get c/red, as you said happens a lot, then i think you can safely fold.

If there are two things LHE players like, they are weed and pornography. The third would be kittens. LHE does not appear on the list.

Weak made flush on a paired board and second nut low draw = check, fold to a substantial wager from button.

I really, really hate that preflop limp with a marginal hand and your stack size relative to the blinds and other stack sizes.

Either pot it to steal or just fold preflop.

Sorry...just couldn't ignore it. Not for your sake, but for those who might actually limp there intentionally...
