fryer98 30 Posted May 5, 2006 Share Posted May 5, 2006 Because of an agreement with the NFL/NCAA, players can not take part in team practices until after their class graduates. OSU does not have spring graduation until mid-June, so Holmes will not be able to take part in their spring mini-camp. Both Ben and Miller say these practices helped them a lot when starting their rookie year.It obviously has to hurt him, but I can't see it making a major differance. White could have been a good power back in that system and Cowher would be the right kind of coach to make sure the guy has a solid work ethic that some people say he needs.
