Peter King said: "Pittsburgh passing on LenDale White. Bill Cowher could have turned this dude into a great player."I disagree. I'm glad we passed on him. I like our draft and just hope a few the 3+ rounders come through like in the past.

Because of an agreement with the NFL/NCAA, players can not take part in team practices until after their class graduates. OSU does not have spring graduation until mid-June, so Holmes will not be able to take part in their spring mini-camp. Both Ben and Miller say these practices helped them a lot when starting their rookie year.It obviously has to hurt him, but I can't see it making a major differance. I'm sure they are sending him film, playbooks, and other things to look at ASAP.

I thing King might be right. White could have been a good power back in that system and Cowher would be the right kind of coach to make sure the guy has a solid work ethic that some people say he needs.

seriously. its like everyone just discounts what happens in college on game day. was white not the best RB on the field in the Rose Bowl? Did he not produce when it mattered always?

V. Young was.I know, he's a QB, but he was still the best RB.
