LOL... yep it was luck that you got busted... it had nothing to do with you calling a raise of 3.5x your blind with this unbelievable crap.

first it wasnt a 4.5X the BB raise. thats the first thing you got wrong. Then there was the fact that you didnt factor in the implied odds when you consider the almost the entire table called the just over double the blinds raise.lastly you are a moron. obviously there is no curse...but runner runner quads would probably qualify as bad luck that lost me 80 bucks.all in all a bravura criticism performance on your part.

lol...thinking the same thing...you probably weren't playing hands like this before you cashed out.
i will always play this hand with that many people basically limping considering the odds....it actually ended up working beautifully as I got my money is as an enormous favorite....no I dont think online poker is rigged. no there is no cashout curse. however, I dont think the hand I played and the way I played it contributed in any way shape or form. I called a tiny preflop raise and got all my money in as probably a 95% favorite or higher.who let all the idiots in here lately?

I dont like calling the raise there, but im not an omaha expert. Seems like you need an absolute perfect flop to feel okay about jamming. The flop you got is pretty close to ideal, if the flop doesnt bring the A :club: though then you are screwed. Bad luck after though, but I think you should be folding this trash pf.

What odds are these? let's break ur hand down - u have 8 2 offsuit, 8 9 offsuit 9 2 offsuit, Q 2 offsuit Q 8 suited and Q 9 suited. Would you call a 4.5x BB raise in any position with any number of callers in holdem? You sir, are a donk! And also, if you genuinely believe yourself then the Bad Beat forum is down the street! We can go there if we wanted to read about you donking off all your 'winnings'Yeah u got em in as a massive favourite, but what if someone had called with the krablar? think about that one next time u think a Q flush is good in omaha...

Auto fold preflop, no reason to even consider calling. It's a garbage hand.

Q982 in omaha = rags, plain and simpleYou're lucky your opponent didn't have the nut flush, betting like that.
ok maybe...my overall point was that I will speculate with hands like this when 6 people enter the pot for cheap. I will fold on the flop unless it is a flopped flush, flopped straight, flopped boat etc. And I have never been so criticized for getting my money in as such a large favorite. I also found it highly unlikely that the villian would min raise the flop with the nut flush. That bet screams I want to know where I am at with my non nut flush. I don't know what everyone's problem is either. First, the point of the post wasn't about the play, it was about the cashout coincedence. Second, I don't know how much Omaha these posters have played, but if they are not going to call with 7:1 odds on the flop with any basically any 4 cards in POT LIMIT, it obviously isn't too much successful Omaha, as the implied odds are massive if you get a situation come up like yours. I say well played and to hell with everyone else!

this is a response I can respect. I find talking about bad beats therapuetic. I like hearing other people's bad beat stories. I dont know...maybe it just helps reaffirm for me that bad beats are a very common occurrence and that makes me feel better.if you dont want to read it dont....the title of the thread makes it obvious what is inside.
