The bet on 5th street worried me but i figured with the overlay in the pot I called.Thoughts?
KingJames 11
Am I missing something here? What are your hole cards? If you had split aces, and he is playing 88% of the hands and down to his last few bucks... yes seems fine to me.FYP?James
KingJames 11
Ok... this is a marginal situation. But based on your read of the guy, the play seems defendable. You put him all in before he paired his Q, so you still had outs to the A and for sure a T. Plus back door draw... You missed the straight draw... never paired up... but let's assume that if he wasn't all-in on 5th... you would have folded 6th when he caught the Q. Even with the nut flush draw... I think you'd have to fold 6th because he's got 2 pair (let's hope) and even when you do draw to the flush, he will draw to a boat...JamesPlus you're setting the table up for later... thinking you are a fishie. Rocketwadster 0
Why didn't you lead out on 4th street? To trap your short-stacked opponent with your ace high hand? I'm confused by this...

KowboyKoop 0
Assuming your read on him is accurate, I have no problem with any of it, except I think you should be leading on 4th.
