I haven't been this happy since LSU won the national championship. I can only pray that Tom Benson won't screw this up. We finally have a once in a lifetime player in Reggie Bush. Sorry I'll go back to lurking and getting drunk.

Stop it I can picture Deauce and Reggie in the backfield together. Thunder and Lightning. I can see it now (Yes it would be a great move to get the 4 and 26 from the Jets and pick AJ Hawk and another tackle maybe Justice from USC but I WANT BUSH DAMNIT WE DESERVE HIM) Oh and if anyone is playing in the Circuit event at Harrahs in New Orleans send me a PM.

The offense could be Drew Brees throwing to Stallworth/Horn, and Reggie Bush on the ground, definitely powerful.

If we do take him, no way will we keep Deuce, we don't have that much money.

The two big questions for the Saints this year are will Deuce be healthy and is Breess shoulder going to hold up. If both of those things happern, then getting an extra first round pick and an extra third round pick are far more valuable then Bush.Imagine it this way- The Saints trade down for the Jets two first round picks and thier third round pick. At pick four, Ferguson is still on the board. At pick 29, a guy like Bobby Carpenter or D'Qwell Jackson could still concievably be on the board. Carpenter probably wouldn't be there, but there's always a chance. So, some much needed O Line help and a LB in round one, with a chance at Nick Mangold at C in round two, and some good DB talent left on the board in round three. This could be a stellar draft for the Saints if they play it right.

The Saints are in the driver's seat. They can name their price. Nearly any price and make a killing. The time is now for the Saints. They could improve their team drastically this year. I think they take Bush and get rid of Deuce. Bringing a big name like Bush with unlimited potential would be a great boost for the team not only talent wise, but it would increase fan morale and boost profits for the team as well.

I agree we do have the driver's seat. If we do trade down I hope we get Hawk and the a Off. Tackle. As mush as I wish we had Bush, our team is so bad that it is better to get as much talent as possible. The pro to taking Bush though is the unbelievable 1-2 punch of Deuce and Reggie as well as a every home game being sold out. Any Saints fan knows Benson hates paying players money, but he will sell so many season tickets that it will make up the high cost of paying Bush. As a 5th generation New Orleanian we need a boost like Bush to help the city out. Geaux Saints and Geaux Tigers.

Tom Benson is a ******. Having Reggie Bush may sell out seats, but if they can get three picks out of the Jets for this, then they have the ability, with this draft, to turn themselves into a contender. Reggie may sell out the stadium, but so will a winning team.

The best thing the Saints can do for their fans is improve the team as a whole. New Orleans was 28th in scoring defense last year, giving up 20 touchdowns through the air and 16 on the ground. They allowed 41 sacks last year, and lost LT Wayne Gandy. Help is needed everywhere, and taking Reggie Bush isn't going to make up for our other needs.

I agree if the Jets do offer both 1st round picks and a 3rd we can't pass that up. We need help everywhere, but if we don't get a monster deal then we can't pass a talent like this up. He is more than just a good player, he is someone who could help keep the franchise in New Orleans. If we do get a great deal take it, if not PAY THE MAN HIS MONEY.

You guys could keep dreaming about the Jets giving up both their #1 picks. They're in as much, if not worse trouble than the Saints are.Saints are taking Bush. No team will offer enough to entice the Saints to give up that pick.

i hope the Saints don't take Bush. Frankly, I think that they have other concerns to address. They def need to trade it away. Also being a 'Coons fan I don't wanna see him torch us twice a year
