if you think that you are ahead on the turn what are you afraid of on the river?? a set possibly? I just think that the 5 is no real scare card if you really feel good about the turn

That was my thinking.I'm just trying to figure out if I made a donkey call. ;)Although he raises 20% of his hands, I can't think of much that would raise PF, and then check/call this flop and turn that beats me. He also waited a long time before betting the river, which made me think bluff, fwiw.

I dont think Zach thought he was ahead. Id guess you just thought you could get him to fold the better hand.

I certainly did think I could be in the lead given the way he passively played the hand on the flop and the turn.
