pockets 0 Posted April 25, 2006 Share Posted April 25, 2006 a first for the A's or a first for any team?There have been plenty of teams that don't have first round picks because of free agents they signed (in the case of the A's, I would assume Frank Thomas).Over the last few years, the Giants have been notorious for giving up those picks.
