I do everything the same up till the river when I think b/f or c/f are better lines. Not sure which one I choose though. I dont think we are beating enough hands to c/c.

I need a read on river play.Generally though, we are a bigger underdog here when we call than when he calls, unless you know him to be particularly bluff happy, or too tight to hold on to a lot of worse hands all the way.

Unless villian is a LAG, you should just grit your teeth and bet/fold this river.

C/f would never be an option on this river.Vs a passive I bet/fold vs an aggro I check/call.

with a read of Passive Post flopI c/f, as well. He's not betting enough hands we beat and there are just so few he'll call with, that I want to hope for a free SD.I expect he won't bet 22-55, 6x, 77-88, 9x enough to lose sleep over the times I fold. And I think he has those hands a small percentage of the time..that we are behind when called, a lot.

Anyone who remembers me at all is probably aware of my constant tantrums about people who bet/fold a lot, but I think this is probably a bet/fold situation. If he's reliably passive, I check and await the inevitable bet that means villian's got me smoked like one of those little baby hot dog things that my mom puts in the crock pot.Man, being hungover, hungry, and out of food just sucks. I think I'm gonna order some Jimmy John's, pushing my sub total (submarine total, not to be confused with "subtotal") on the day into double digits.Wang
