I was just playing a 5 dollar 2 table sit n go. I won the hand making it 3 - way by knocking out the 4th player, top 4 got paid, and then suddenly the table froze. The only problem here was the fact that I simultaneously had another sit n go open which was working fine. So I tried to leave the table, and it didn't work, the button just greyed out, then i clicked the X and it just didn't close.
When I tried to chat it didn't work, but i saw the dealer chat saying who went out third then i went out second and wasn't able to play, i called support and said they will look at it, but honestly this was ridiculous, I really hope they compensate me the 10 dollar difference between first and second, especially cuz it froze when i had 22,000 chips, and it absolutely wasn't my computer which froze or my connection because my other table on FCP was working...

Hi tswing, I've placed $11 in your FCP cashier account that you can use to enter two more sit and gos to help compensate you for the technical problem that you experienced.
I assume that you were using the Download version of the software. If you're ever in this situation and you're only in one game if you close the game client entirely you then should be able to relog in and get back to your table quickly. I understand that wouldn't be an option in this case because that also would have affected the other sit and go.

Hi j2k99 if you would like to provide me a few more details about what happened to you such as the time it happened and what type of sit and gos I can take a look at your situation.
You can e-mail it to info@fullcontactpoker.com

Hi Bob. No big deal really. I can't even remember the exact time, but was probably between 10-11ish PM. I didn't lose any money other than blinds, but it was just an incovenience that it all of sudden closed the two sng tables I was playing. One $5sng and the other was a freezeout tourney that started around 10:10PM. Don't worry, not looking for any compensation.

Thank you very much Bob, I was very concerned to see how this was handled as it was absolutely not an issue on my end. I am extremely happy with the result, because it is exactly what I requested, even an extra dollar. I appreciate you understanding the situation regarding the other sit n go which is why i could not shut down the program. Thank You.
You absolutely just put a good idea of what FCP support is, and how they handle things, Thanks again.
If I may ask another question, while I am playing tourneys or sit n gos i click on the previous hand history, but it doesn't show me the hand that was dealt to me?? Where can I go to see the hand histories that actually have the hands in them? Thanks.

The tourney hand history situation is a bit of a weakness in the system. There isn't a place that you'll be able to see a hand history that shows your own hand in it unless you went to showdown. For ring games if you have statistics enabled on the download client the hand histories that you can view through the session browser will show your own cards.
If you ever need a specific hand or two we can look it up for you if we're provided with a hand number but we can't do large numbers.
If you want to view the hands without your own hand showing after the fact and you know the hand number you can go to http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker/hand_history.php and use the previous and next button to view the hands at that table.
