I was playing in a SNG last night on Poker Mountain; TJ Cloutier was at the same table and he mentioned that he hadn't played too well at the Bay 101 PPT that day. He said that he had just been informed in the middle of the tourney that his brother was going under the knife this Friday for pancreatic cancer. Many at the table gave him their best and said that they would offer up a prayer to him and his brother. Please keep TJ and his brother in our thoughts

Indeed, I wish him and his family the best.
Suddenly I turned around
And she was standin' there
With silver bracelets on her wrists
And flowers in her hair.
She walked up to me so gracefully
And took my crown of thorns.
"Come in," she said,
"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

I've lost a family member to the big C myself. I was too young to fully grasp the ramifications of it all, but in a way I can understand what TJ is going through. The worst thing about it is that there is nothing you can do, and there is very little his brother can do other than get treatment and hope for the best. Hopefully TJ's brother caught it early. Pancreatic cancer is extremely scary and is in a bad bad place and hopefuly he'll make it through
