I figure my implied odds if I hit are enough to justify the semi-bluff. How about leading out on the turn? At the time, I liked the bet amount, but now I'm not so sure.Thanks. GrinderMJ 0 Posted April 6, 2006 Share Posted April 6, 2006 I dont like the raise into a better and a caller there, i think you are looking at at least 1 king, but i guess you mixed up your play and concealed your hand. You underbet the turn and river, they look like they are getting stubborn so charge them a little more. nice hand though Link to post Share on other sites
gobears 0 Posted April 6, 2006 Share Posted April 6, 2006 I like the semi-bluff if your image has been tight as that should signal a K to the other players.Once the club hits on the turn, I would have bet more as the Ac might be out there and you want to make him pay. copernicus 0 Posted April 7, 2006 Share Posted April 7, 2006 Given your pre-flop limp the flop raise seems pretty transparently a semi-bluff to either the flush or straight and I'm surprised you got as much action as you did.
