Has anyone checked out Barry Greenstein's site recently? For a lot of the player analysis pages, Greenstein has added some background music that reflects the playing style or personality of the person being profiled. Among my favorites are:Daniel Negreanu = "Beat It" by Michael Jackson (why not)Stu Ungar = "Purple Haze" by Jimi Henrdrix (naturally)Phil Hellmuth = "It's My Party (And I'll Cry If I Want To)" by Leslie Gore
Check it out, it's quite amusing:http://www.barrygree....com/player.htm

Your cool in my book Barry. He even uses King Crimson's "Court of the Crimson King" for Doyle. Very awesome Barry!

Yeah I was impressed by it all tooof course, I'm on dialup so I had to go on memory of what the songs were, lol
Suddenly I turned around
And she was standin' there
With silver bracelets on her wrists
And flowers in her hair.
She walked up to me so gracefully
And took my crown of thorns.
"Come in," she said,
"I'll give you shelter from the storm."
And she was standin' there
With silver bracelets on her wrists
And flowers in her hair.
She walked up to me so gracefully
And took my crown of thorns.
"Come in," she said,
"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

the hellmuth music is pretty funny.

Greenstein used my idea for Dan Harrington!I emailed him with the idea and he thought it was great, check it out:J_____, Nice suggestion. I was going to use Danny Boy, but I like yours better. I still haven't come up with one for John Juanda. Barry J_____ Farrell writes: > Please let Barry know that I think "Like A Rock" by Bob Seger would be great for Dan Harrington. > > J_____ in HoustonI just visited the site to confirm it. I think it's great. Harrington is a Rock, and the song also has the lyrics "felt like a million, felt like number 1". Harrington finished first in '95, and won the million. "My hands were steady, my eyes were clear and bright", etc. Great poker table lyrics.Oh yeah, looks like he needs advice for Juanda... I don't know... you guys should email him if you think of something. Good luck.

Thanks. I think it's so cool how accessible these poker pro's are. They're not like movie stars or athletes. They actually acknowlege the existence of mere mortals, and care about what they think.
