On the flop, I'd keep the bet to half the pot, since we're not vey vulnerable if we're ahead, and we don't want to lose too much if we're behind. I'd probably only bet 125 on the flop. Then, maybe bet 225 on the turn so we're not openly expressing weakness.Finally, and this is most important, CHECK THE RIVER. If we're scared of being trapped, then there's no reason to just throw free chips in the pot. Check and either give yourself a cheap showdown or get away from the hand without losing another 400 chips.Oh, and I can sympathize about having an awful day in the SnGs. I made a sizeable cashout recently, and it made the losses all seem amplified. Then, I bubbled after my comp froze and folded JJ in the big blind for me after an all-in. I finally got so tilted that I decided to play way over my BR in the cash games. Luckily, I managed to hit and run the NL 600 table for $1250, bringing me back to where I was before the cashout.
