Perhaps the flop bet was a bit too much (slightly more than pot size), but this guy is real loose and passive, so I knew if he had hit a pair, he'd stay in. Just can't believe he put in 2/3 of his stack on this hand. It happens though, and this guy will definately help my bankroll in the future.

Oh, and suppose I should introduce myself. I've been reading this boards for about a week now. Started playing 6 months ago at Stars and built up a $1500 bankroll from $50. My game had been floundering the last couple months though, so started reading some books (Harrington on Holdem was a huge help) and checking forums like these. Since then, I've been banking big on the $10 SNG there and thank you all for the advice and criticism you give on these forums. If I ever post anything and you have suggestions for better play, feel free to give it. I'm always up for improving my game and have little problem with my play being shown to be bad.

he bet 100 you raised to 1200...that for SURE seems like a bluff and gave him reasons to think he had the best hand
