lucky_charmz 0
I find that sleeping helps get rid of eye strain really well. Even if its just a quick nap, it really helps a lot...as far as sitting position, for me, as long as my back is comfortable I don't really have much of a problem.
ROGUE06 0
I wear contacts and if I am playing a long session or playing video games for several hours, my eyes do get strained and also I get very tired. I usually try to switch to my glasses if I play for a while.
InertGrudge 0
I've actually found that after a few hours of 4-tabling, my brain completely stops to function. I get the biggest headaches. I can go 4 or 5 hours, but after that, it's all over. But yeah...I wear contacts as well, but I have usually found that as long as you don't just stare into the computer screen the entire time, your eyes will do just fine. At a live table, though...my eyes were starting to kill me after 13 hours with all the smoke in the room. Yucky.
