that was one of my favorite beans stories ever. maybe because I know how big of an asshole it can be to drive a damn boat onto a trailer, and how much pressure is on you when there's a bunch of people waiting.as far as the thread being slow, does it seem to go in and out to anybody else? sometimes it loads relatively quickly for me and other times it takes forever. I'm guessing this is gov working on it trying different things but I don't know. at least I hope he or somebody is still working on it trying to fix it. I really don't want to post in a basketball forum.

Yup, things are being worked on to speed up the forum.Right now everything but the super threads seem to be loading fast enough after a couple tweeks earlier in the week. We're going to double the RAM on the server and make more changes to the database to speed up how fast the super threads load. They are just so huge that they take a long time to query the database and load up.

look at this guy with the updates on a sunday morning and stuff. and yeah I did notice that every other thread that's not super huge loads fine. even some of the fairly long ones in the political forum. and as a matter of fact, when I opened this one just now I don't think it took too long. fewer queries make it load quicker or something? I don't know anything about that stuff.

and did I mention anything about these storms that we had on friday night? really bad windstorm came through, like 80 mile per hour winds and stuff. even worse upstate but still a hell of a lot of damage here. but for some reason, hardly anything even happened here at my house. and by here at my house, I literally mean like in the 1/4 mile area where my house is located, because up the road in all directions trees were down on houses and shit. the city where I work still doesn't have power in most places, and when it's 100 degrees, that kinda sucks. strangely enough though, I never even lost power. xenu must have really been watching over me.

Lost my keys last night. My only hope is the bar that doesn't open until 2. Otherwise it's going to be at least $130 to have a new set made which is awesome.

So you want him to reduce his chance of getting laid from 5% to 1%? I miss my old Ford Expedition because it had the number pad on the door. I'd just lock the keys in the car, mainly so they wouldn't ruin the lay of my pants, but not losing them was also a good reason. Drank a lot of beer yesterday, grilled burgers, hot dogs and some short ribs. Those things had some damn flavorPool is almost 90. Going in now. I'll post more so shake doesn't feel alone.

I think I'm just going to start locking my keys in my car and using the spare I keep in the gas cap for the times I lock my keys in my car (which is often). Currently sitting in a coffee shop eating a bagel and drinking an orange juice because I don't like coffee and didn't see anything else on the menu that was not coffee or homosexual waiting for the dude to make my new keys. Felt weird just coming in and siting here. Some dude wearing a tye dye shirt heard my order and said "orange juice and a bagel, huh?". I think I just grunted at him because what do you say to a guy like that, you know?

you say "totally brah." that's what you say.so the bar didn't have your keys? did you not retrace all of your steps? I feel like you're giving up too easily here napa. there could be a mildly hilarious movie plot in here somewhere.

If I'm feeling particularly dickish, I'd go with "well. It looks as if you have an uncanny grasp of stating the obvious. Kudos. Good luck with all that." or some derivative

Wow, you guys really came through on that rhetorical question. I think I'm going to go back and order it again so he'll day "bagel and orange juice again?" and then I'll totally burn his ass.

Sometimes I think sobriety is the way to go, cheaper, low calorie, less expensive, healthier. but more than half of my good memories and 80% of my sexual memories are alcohol enabled. Plus, I'm borsch at social situations when sober. Then again, I suck when bombed.

I also dislike guys that have the chain that connects their wallet and their jean belt loopWhile I'm at it:Tucking an ear into a baseball hat annoys meWearing sunglasses indoors or at a nightclub. Wearing glasses frames and either have non prescription lenses or no glass at allPretty much anyone that is going out of their way to do something in the name of trying too hard to be cool. In other words, stuff that black guys do.
