of course I recycle what kind of animal do you think I am? funny thing though, as I was dumping them all into a nearly full mixed paper bin, I saw one of my old issues of gq with barak obama on the cover. kept that one for last to put on top. figured some redneck would get a chuckle out of that. or something.oh and man did I ever have the greatest idea for an avatar/status message combo for work. just one of the quadrants of the singing shark cartoon with the status message of "I'm a shaaaaark!" if I didn't think I would get fired if somebody knew the origins I would totally do it.

Actually, I'm mildly impressed. I know it's extremely difficult for hoarders to throw stuff away.

I've still got an ass ton of old ass clothes that I need to give away too, but the fact that I need to catalog everything I'm giving away to make sure I'm writing the correct amount off my taxes makes it a lot more difficult to make the plunge. plus with old clothes, they actually do come in handy once in a blue moon, like on halloweens and what nots. oh well. need to slim down so I can get out this bitch and into a real apartment or house or something. need a hip place to go because after watching shame I've decided that I'm just gonna start banging bitches. he makes it look easy so I'm just gonna give it a go. start staring at bitches and they just want to bang. why did I never think of this before?!

name of the episode was barney / nevernot sure if I want to stay up to watch breaking bad tonight. I guess I could go swim or something to wake myself up. I was literally fighting to stay awake long enough for dinner. washing off the chlorine is pretty annoying though.finally was able to apply to this government job in town that I've been looking for for an eternity. supposedly they always have openings but they are listed for just a day or two at a time. getting hired for this would pretty much put an end to worrying about having a meaningful career.oh yeah, speedz, 225 -> 187 as of today

someone was complaining on /r/listentothis about how a subreddit for new smaller groups has stuff like frank ocean amongst the top submissions. one of the mods responded:"I've complained about that before myself - back when this subreddit had 1000 subscribers. Nothing has changed. People always say they are into finding new music, however, most people who say that are stunningly full of shit. They make no effort to listen to new music even when it is being spoon-fed to them."now I realize how badly I have been wasting these sites with my listening habits.

I think you should donate them to strat. I feel like your old shit is still worth more than anything he or I would drop on ourselves. I'd say to donate it to me, but I don't have a need for belly shirts and flood pants. Maybe your style will get him laid...win/win!

That's extremely impressive. Do you find that people are treating you differently? Or is it not that drastic of a change?I'm at that point again (almost 180) when I need to lose 10lbs. A friend just told me about two fads that fit right in with how I like to live my life.1. Intermittent fasting - eating lunch at noon, dinner at 8, maybe a snack in between, and nothing from 8pm to noon. Something about maximum fat burning being from 12-16 hours of fasting.2. Some 4 minute workout that's basically 20 seconds of going as hard as you can , 10 seconds of rest, and repeat. A few cycles of that followed by a walk or light jog. Who knows if they'll work, but I already don't eat breakfast and don't have time for long workouts, so I'll give them a shot. And maybe low carb while I'm at it. Maybe.

Well, the exercise thing you described is called "high intensity interval training" or HIIT and is pretty legit. The fasting thing...ya, I don't know if there's any science to that other than, you're probably eating less calories than you normally would.

Is it really 4 minutes? Or do you have to do many cycles per workout. I just want a workout that's miserable for a very, very short amount of time. The intermittent fasting supposedly allows you to eat 3 full meals between noon and 8 if you want, but I suppose you wouldn't be that hungry for the mid-meal. I'd worry that I'd be so hungry at noon that I'd overeat and be exhausted for the entire afternoon.

Well, ideally you'd go longer than 4 minutes, but it's supposed to "work" for more than just the time you do it as opposed to normal cardio apparently. I just know its really hard to do for a long period of time. Idk how effective only four minutes would be though.

People say they can tell I lost weight and I sorta see it, but it is hard to tell if they are just being nice. I want to be able to wear stuff I wore when I was like 18 because it would drastically increase the size of my wardrobe. So maybe I go for like 150? 5'11"ish What I did was similar to the speedzfast. I just eat smaller portions and try to walk the line so that I'm just barely avoiding hunger headaches. I slipped off of it and stalled out at 190-195 for like a month, found out that I can eat garbage occasionally and gain nothing, but I want to get this over with ASAP.

I was putting away clean clothes that had sat on my floor for like a week. I didn't actually put any of them on, but when I went to floss and leaned into the mirror, I saw a brown recluse stir on my shoulder. I made this WFHWOOF noise and stood there for about 5 seconds deciding what to do as it scurried across my back. Finally I shook it off with my shirt and destroyed him on the tile.

see the thing they never tell you about these super intense short workouts is that if you're doing it intensely enough to really get a benefit, then you'll most definitely puke. you need to do intervals (high intensity circuit training) but you need to do it for about 30 minutes so you can actually get some benefit from it. you can spare 30 minutes. tell ya what, to free up some time for you I'll come up and bang your girlfriend for you once a day. BAM! there's 2 of your 30 minutes right there!

yep, that's the reason why people do the 5-6 small meals a day instead of fasting and just eating one. the calories don't necessarily get added as fat any differently, it's just that if you fast all day you're much more likely to overeat. don't do it.

also I feel like I should note that strategy's success is a glaring example of the number one fool proof way to lose weight: eat less. and what I mean by that is that exercise is helpful, but there's no way to lose significant weight without significantly changing your diet. the problem with exercise is that your body can adapt. used to burning 2,000 calories a day while being sedentary? then start burning 400 a day with exercise? your body will adapt, slow it's metabolism, and learn how to expend more energy with fewer calories. that's the main reason why I get insta-fat right after my big weight loss sessions. oh, and that married girl that's been trying to bang me for some time just texted me that she's asking her husband for a divorce. reeeeeal glad I didn't seal the deal there.

I donate several thousand bucks worth of clothes each year... Never thought about cataloging anythingMainly because there isn't any to catalog. Figure if it comes down to that I'll bribe someone to lie. That would be easy enough to cover but the save a child write offs might be trickierDamn IRS would probably put one of those bony black kids with flies all around thier mouths on the stand against me...."I taint seed one panny from dat men!"As long as I can get away with it as far as the Feds knows there's an Ethiopian out there somewhere dressed better than sal, Ron, oucho, AND suited...Eats more than Ron as well... In fact with next months check I'll include a few diet tips from strat. Don't want the others to tease him or nothin

Obligatory "like Shake makes enough to have to pay taxes anyways".Thanks for making me feel bad about my slow to non weight loss, Shake. Guess I really need to start counting calories better. I'm usually fine during the week, but am terrible on the weekends when I have nothing going on. And this weekend wasn't any help since I ate fast food a bit since I was traveling/little stressed about pops that I just said f' it and grabbed some food.
