Now I tried to transfer some more, but it says I have a bonus pending. Do I have to do anything to get rid of my cleared "pending" bonus so I can start clearing some more? Do I have to do anything to get rid of my cleared "pending" bonus so I can start clearing some more?Hi rog, the problem isn't something that you didn't do or can do but there seems to be a glitch in the communication from the Network to our back end when a player has cleared their bonus. The Network has placed your cleared bonus in your poker account but as you have found out you can't start a new bonus yet.We'll get the techs working on this. We know who has been effected and we'll let you know when you can start a new bonus and we'll also compensate you for the time that you haven't been able to clear your bonus.RegardsBobFCP Poker Manager Link to post Share on other sites
