Connection Problems

THis is like the 3rd time it has happendId be mid hand and it just freezes until I type something in the chat and it comes up that I lost connection and reconnects.Of course by then im out of the hand because of the what.....4 second ? time out instant fold.

Hi bobonic, if you contact the FCP support team and provide us with some information about when it has happened such as hand number and some information about your computer we can see if we can help diagnose if there is a problem.

Happening again tonight.I hate leaving unclaimed bonus money in a site. I am trying to clear out my last few bucks from this site.They are not making it easy.Between the new convoluted bonus structure and the slow response, disconnects, etc. I am beginning to wonder why I even bother.Hey...keep up the good work. You guys are awesome. If I was as bad at my job as you people are, the East Coast of the USA would be a nuclear wasteland.I am so tired of mediocrity.

Oh this sounds so familiar. :club: It's a shame because I really enjoyed playing at FCP. Until they figure out there problems I won't be back. Twice during the Protege tournament, for two different seats, I got screwed because of the disconnect issues. Didn't even bother asking FCP to "make it up to me" the last time. Was fed up.BBFP.S. I'm surprised you haven't been flamed yet by the morons who say it's a user end problem (because they haven't experienced it yet, nor can they comprehend how extremely frustrating it is!)

I just recently started playing here, and I am less than impressed. I too have multiple disconnects and very slow performance. I play on many sites and this is not an issue elsewhere. To make things worse, when you write to support and they don't even reply, what are their customers suppose to think?I like the site but I agree with others, why put up with this crap when it is not a problem elsewhere?

Hi voteforpedro, when did you send your e-mail and to what address because I don't see any notes on your file and it appears you have only started playing within the last 24 hours if this is also your account name on FCP.Your best bet with a connection issue is to contact the support team via phone so that we can ask you questions that may help diagnose where a problem might lie. Also, the support people who are best able to help diagnose tech problems aren't usually available on the weekends so it's possible an e-mail about a connection problem has been forwarded to be dealt with by them when they are in.Feel free to e-mail me with any of your concerns to pokermanager@fullcontactpoker.com.RegardsBobFCP Poker Manager
