Is support trying to fix this? or is there a problem on my end?Hi Jujoki3, we haven't heard any reports that this is a problem for others at the moment. Are you using the download or java version of the software and are you using a pop up blocker ?If you either get a break in the tourney that you're in or before your next one you maybe can try and reboot your computer to see if that clears things up. Jujoki3 0
i just tired to java version, and it worked.reinstalled the download version, and it still doesn't work and redirects me to the general tournament page. I also tried disabling my pop up blocker and antivirus program, but still to no avail. What kind of program is used when i click on tournament info? is it just IE?this is the html i get in my browser when i clicked on a tournament that already finishedhttps://secure.worldwidesupport.com/servlet...Ftournaments%2F

FCP Bob 1,323
any updates yet?Are you still having the problem ?One suggestion that I heard was to make sure that your Windows Updates are all current as that can sometimes cause problems with the download version of the software.I did ask the Network techs and I'll follow up with them again to see if they have any suggestions. Since you can access the tourney results page using the Java software you can play on the download version if that is what you prefer and you can also log into your account from the Java software as well as call up the tourney results page from there. You then can refresh that page as needed.
