Why would you have to ask if KQ is ok to raise from the button?Why cap against a 3bet from someone who is "tight"?Post flop is all good. Some people will say not to raise the turn. The major benefit is that you dont rip your hair out in the event that he 3bets. But i think it still is a good raise, and i probably do call down afterwards against an unknown.

1. because of the title.2. I wanted to stay in control of the hand. He is tight but very weak and will fold if any overcards come to his PP or he misses the flop. 3. I expect a 3 bet if i'm beat on the turn. This is why I went ahead and bet the river. Is the river ok to value bet?

Yeah, pretty much. I see the idea of trying to take the lead with a weak hand, but most of the time it won't make a difference here, and you'll just be putting a bunch of bets in with a weak, vulnerable hand.If you put him on a possible draw on the turn, I really think checking the river might be a decent idea. If he's a tight player (as you said), the 3-bet PF, gay bet turn really looks like KQ or AK. Against an average player, KJ or KT would be perfectly likely and you'd be right to value bet, but if he's really scared-passive, you might want to just go for the free showdown.

I'm torn between raising the turn or just calling down, especially given the read of the villain.A weak tight could play AK exactly the same way.
