I finished the raked hand requirements for the 1st of the 3 bonuses, and as I did it within 3 days, I expected a 2nd pending bonus to appear under the bonus section of "My Account". However, nothing is there as of yet. Has anybody else experienced this yet, and if so, did it simply take a few hours to show up?

I emailed party asking them this after i noticed the same thing.
They said that as soon as you finish it, every raked hands automatically begins to register... but it will not show up in the bonus section, so you wont be able to keep a running count of how many more you need.
