dingas 0
$25 PLO 10 handed, weak/passive table. I have $40 so I guess my image is decent.I have 4 4h 6 10h in the BB, 5 players call, including the sb and I get a free flop. The flop comes 4 7 8 rainbow with 1 heart. SB checks. I decide to lead out for a pot-sized bet, obviously planning to fold to any raise. (Is this okay, or should I just check/fold, any thoughts?)Anyway, only the button calls and the turn is the 9 of hearts, making the board 4 7 8 9 with two hearts, giving me a 10-high flush draw. My options here are1.check/fold 2.check/call 3.bet pot 4.bet small Which do you prefer and why? I have my opponent covered -- if I bet a reasonable amount, a raise will put him virtually all in. Rocketwadster 0
You also have a straight right now if I am reading the post correctly...
yeffy 0
So you have the 2nd nut straight, a defensive flush draw, and bottom set. You are either way ahead, currently ahead with 2 live redraws, currently ahead with one live redraw, or behind with one or two redraws. Meh...bet the pot, either way the money should go in here. dingas 0
Hmm. . i'm pretty sure I didn't have a straight. I think I misremembered my starting hand and actually had. 4 4h 5 10hwith the board 4 7h 8 9hI have bottom set with a 10-high flush draw on a board with many straights possible. What do you do here? What do you do here?check/call the turn.but i think you need to take this to the river. you have 9 boat outs, and like someone said above, a defensive flush draw. and you can certainly draw against the made straight w/ your set, but you dont wanna lead and get raised.
