thecamelot 0
oops, my mistake... i read that as fold fold fold in regards to preflop action.
Zach6668 513
oops, my mistake... i read that as fold fold fold in regards to preflop action. He means fold preflop. And the flop is exactly why. Sure, we have two overs, but with a PFR, they could both be dirty. We can't continue. AK, AQ have us crushed, KJ, QJ (unlikely) have us reverse dominated. Just fold, find a better spot.- ZachPS - Fold Preflop. KQs is closer, and depends on how many others are in the pot, but always fold KQo to a raise.
thecamelot 0
Yea, I see the preflop fold, but Actuarys first post also mentioned folding the flop. You *always* fold KQ to a raise? There has to be some game conditions where it is okay to play it.
devilsslide 0
I'm not really qualified to know what to do here pf, but I'd tend to call. It's probably weak, but I fold this flop (two overcards +bdsd for only 4.5 ish outs, player left to act behind you, etc).<<reading replies>>My trusted SSHE says to call pf. I'm assuming then that 1/2 party plays a lot tighter than 3-5 players on average to the flop, in which case it would be a fold.
Actuary 3
My trusted SSHE says to call pf.not vs a raiser it doesn't
devilsslide 0
not vs a raiser it doesn'tYou're right... it says to call with KQs, not KQ
doubleatrain 0
I'm not sure how, but somehow I fold both preflop AND on the flop. But yeah, I don't want to play KQ against a raise preflop, especially without a read and the raise coming from EP. The positional advantage doesn't make up for what could very likely be a large gap in equity, with him on the positive end.
