First off, every time I go to the site I think I'm in an excel spreadsheet. It looks so amateurish, like some kids put it together. It's one of the worst designs that I've seen for a poker siteI went to deposit some money into it, decided to put $100 into it until I decided if I liked it or not, and then might put some more in. When I deposited $100, it took $100 twice from my NETeller account, so it deposited $200 for me even though I just told it $100. And I did not click the deposit button twice or anything. Then I got into the only trny that they had going (the $1 100 person with $500 added).I was logged on a few minutes before the trny started. I logged off to restart the computer and when I logged back on it said that I was still logged in, and I couldnt log myself in. It took over 20min before it would let me log in to play in the tournament.Don't most sites fix bugs like these before they open up to the public? I'm going to be withdrawing all of my money, and might come back if they fix a lot of problems that theyre having. They need some serious work though.

It has some growing pains that's for sure. I had the same problem where the site said that I was logged in when I tried to log onto the site after turning off my computer (DSL problem). At least customer support answered me quickly and got me back on, I only lost one round of blinds.Of course later on, I had AK, raised the pot to a short stack and then the site folded my hand! Their customer support confirmed this after reviewing the hand history so I'll get my $1 back, but still...After that "fold", I just went either fold or "All-in" after that as I didn't want another accidental fold. Went out with AKs to a pair of Q's as I didn't improve. This was the first MTT tournament, so I'll give some slack.

I think the only thing we have a right to be angry about is the fact that they never did a play money tourney as a beta test. It's not fair to work out the kinks in the system with realmoney players. That being said, you should realize that a site so new is going to have issues such as this. Caveat emptor. If you really need a dollar I can send you one on stars.-adam

I realize that theyre new and I couldn't care less about $1.It would just be nice if they could clean up the look some and if they had tested the site a little more before opening it to real money

I play there, havent had any trouble, cashed out $100 it was in my Neteller account an hour later (first time I checked) havent had any of the problems you speak off, only problem I have is that there is to few players online, but hopefully that will change, oh and it wont remember my password.Interface is clean nothing fancy, but not as tacky as some places, nice colors to.Edit: And the window dont pop up when its my turn, hate that to.

I deposited last Friday and so far am pretty happy with the site. I have no idea what the problem Chao has with the design and layout. To me it is simple and clean. If you want cartoon avitors or pictures there are a lot of sites that do that. To me all that stuff really doesnt matter. I've never had any problems logging on but it has given me some errors during play and I just had to exit and restart the program. The main thing I want to see fixed is that if you are looking at another web page or something else on your computer the table screen does not automaticly pop up. I'm told that they are fixing this. ALso at this point there are no hand history which needs to be up really soon. Personally I've cleared about $30 of the deposit bonus. If all these little things are fixed once I've cleared the rest I'll stay otherwise to the next bonus I go.
