Wingmaster05 0
Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cxPreflop: Hero is MP2 with [Jh], [Jc]. 3 folds, Hero raises, MP3 calls, 2 folds, SB calls, 1 fold.Flop: (7 SB) [6d], [6s], [Td] (3 players)SB checks, Hero bets, MP3 calls, SB calls.Turn: (5 BB) [9d] (3 players)SB bets, Hero raises, MP3 folds, SB 3-bets, Hero calls.I felt that just calling was weak...I wanted to charge the guy in position if he had a high diamond. And the lead out by SB seemed strange, not like a big hand to me.River: (11 BB) [5s] (2 players)SB bets, Hero calls? folds?Villain is new player.
AlphaOmega 0
I play it the same. Turn I'd raise because you can get donked here by a ton of hands that you beat. Also, you can't fold the river if you called the turn.
Actuary 3
you can fold this turn after the 3-bet w/o a read.
Absolute 0
The way he played this, he almost has to have a flush.
Wingmaster05 0
The way he played this, he almost has to have a flush.agreed, but i usually auto call against unknowns and this one made me think. This one i let tick to the waning seconds. Why do you have to call the river if you call the turn?

This one i let tick to the waning seconds. Why do you have to call the river if you call the turn?good question, I got this one boys.Because you don't have odds to out draw him if you are behind. So your turn call implies that you hand is good. So, river call follows. If he's three beting top two pair enough (and you rationalized that), you can call down because you are already ahead of thatthis is an important concept that A LOt of players get crossed up on

This one i let tick to the waning seconds. Why do you have to call the river if you call the turn?Because a call on the turn would imply you have the odds to draw to a full house. And since only a J can improve you, you don't have those odds. So we are calling the turn with the intent of showing down. (if we call the turn)

This one i let tick to the waning seconds. Why do you have to call the river if you call the turn? You can either call the turn because you have odds to catch up or you can call if you think your hand is good.Since you don't have odds to catch a two outer, you can only call if you think your hand is good. If that's the case, then you must call the river as well. Line inconsistencies = -EV.Also, we can definitely fold this turn to a three-bet against an unknown. I didn't examine the board as closely as I should have.Wow, we all tackled that one in succession, didn't we?People whose aliases start with an A rule.
