I play it the same. Turn I'd raise because you can get donked here by a ton of hands that you beat.Also, you can't fold the river if you called the turn.

good question, I got this one boys.Because you don't have odds to out draw him if you are behind.So your turn call implies that you hand is good. So, river call follows.If he's three beting top two pair enough (and you rationalized that), you can call down because you are already ahead of thatthis is an important concept that A LOt of players get crossed up on

Because a call on the turn would imply you have the odds to draw to a full house. And since only a J can improve you, you don't have those odds. So we are calling the turn with the intent of showing down. (if we call the turn)

You can either call the turn because you have odds to catch up or you can call if you think your hand is good.Since you don't have odds to catch a two outer, you can only call if you think your hand is good. If that's the case, then you must call the river as well. Line inconsistencies = -EV.Also, we can definitely fold this turn to a three-bet against an unknown.
