I hope that got your attention.1. I've timed out twice because the window doesn't pop to the top reliably when it's my action, this wouldn't be a problem if..2. After posting my big blind and timing out during a hand where I posted the BB, I am forced to post a d e a d (Note: the forum moderator replaces the word d e a d with the following: dead ) SB and a full big blind [live].3. At times, the software will not allow you to click the title bar to make the window active. I've had to move other windows out of the way to click the buttons.4. I would report the hand numbers where error 2 occured but they still don't hand histories. This is flat-out unacceptable for any site entering the market.I understand that I'm a very opinionated person, but I really don't think this site should have ever gone live for real money games with software bugs such as these that are so essential to gameplay. It just goes to show you how important making a buck is nowadays when a site doesn't finish its software before going live with paying customers. Please don't criticize me for anything other than my arguments. This has nothing to do with Daniel, TJ, or the support staff, which I've been told is very competent. I just don't think the site's founders had the best-laid plans when they decided to make this site go live. As a result, my view is that found in the subject. Pokermountain sucks, but can improve if it's willing to work as quickly as possible to rectify these simple errors.-adam(and yes, I've already emailed these problems to support)

Well... remember the site is STILL new.The customer support is better than anything I've ever witnessed, there is a reason they haven't gone full marketing yet, they aren't ready! They are very sincere in there efforts to fix everything and they're extremely fast in there responses when things go wrong. If you think for a minute that pokermountain is a site that isn't worth playing at, well I'm sorry.Pokermountain is FAST!!!! That's what it comes down to for me, I LOVE the speed, I said it in another post too, I just can't stand the time-lag on some sites inbetween hands, and dealing etc etc... I truthfully don't care if my avatar is pretty, or is theres balloons after I win, Does that affect my BB/100? Hell no, But what DOES is the # of hands scene per Hour.PokerMountain is such a clean site, and they truly care about there customers, for these 2 reasons I'm sticking with them until someone proves it isn't worth it for me.

So new that they probably should have let it run without cash games for at least a few weeks before going live, IMO;)
