Just a couple years ago started listening to a complete different style of music...my fav's are John Mayer, DMB, Coldplay, Jack Johnson, Counting Crows. I'm sure I'm missing out on some bands that may not be as mainstream or that are and just don't know of em. So post some new bands that I must hear!

The Killers
Hey, I don't have all the answers in life. To be honest, I've failed as much as I've succeeded, but I love my wife, I love my life, and I wish you my kind of success.

Phish, really just like DMB. Ben Folds is great, too. Of course, these arn't underground by any means. I like Incubus, too. Good relaxing poker music.Gotta love acoustics.
Suddenly I turned around
And she was standin' there
With silver bracelets on her wrists
And flowers in her hair.
She walked up to me so gracefully
And took my crown of thorns.
"Come in," she said,
"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

I love Concrete Blonde (everything except for their last album.) I also like Melissa Auf Der Maur's album.I like some old obscure stuff that is hard to find, like Fetching Bones and The The.

Have to agree that The Killers are good.If you like Coldplay then check out Athlete. My favourite band of all time is Blur check out their debut Album 'Leisure'. Although now split the Libertines are great. Mike Doherty the front man is now with Babyshambles.Kesabian, Snow Patrol, Franz Ferdinand are also very good and have been popular in the UK.Also a top reccommendation from me is Pulp and the albums 'His N Hers' or 'Different Class'. Enjoy!
All the best
