It seems like there are an ever increasing number of threads getting locked by the mods lately. I realize there is widespread effort by them to try and clean up the forums but I'm just wondering if it's actually helping and at what cost?
I'd love discussion from both members and mods on this.
Once again, forgive me if this has already been addressed in another thread but the search function hardly ever seems to work properly.

FCP's administrators and moderators reserve the right to delete, edit or otherwise modify any content posted at their discretion, as well as, the right to ban any member, username, IP or email address without notice.
Aside from that, they're locked up for a number of reasons. If you would like to know why your specific thread(s) was locked, please PM a moderator. If you would like to know why someone else's thread was locked, it will not be discussed with anyone other than the OP of the locked thread.
