dkelloway 0
Ok, 3 handed NLHE home ring game. It's almost like a small 5 player tournament. We each start with 1500 chips.Reads: Button(about 2000 chips) is a wild loose aggressive player who raises on any 2 cards, BB is a solid aggressive player (2500 chips)Blinds 40/80Hero (about 3000 Button raises 5x BB, I call (hoping to trap him) and the BB completes.Flop: Q 10 3 I bet out half the size of the pot, BB calls, and Button raises. (i'm not giving the Button much respect now, maybe a flush draw?)I reraise, and the BB folds AQ because he flipped it by accident. Button goes all in.Hero?
WonderfulSplash 0
Super easy call. This is exactly what you wanted to happen when you smooth called preflop, folding against a maniac here would be ridiculous.
dkelloway 0
Result:I called, and the maniac had pocket 10's...I still had a nice few chips left, and i ended up coming back and winning.... I don't think I could have gotten away from AA there. being a maniac, i rarely give him respect for a hand.
