beer pong is a fun game...i think i take the game too seriously when i play which turns into -EV the rest of the night when i lose

I hate people who don't play the right rules....
We used to play 6 cups to a side, gotta get the cup off before you get doubled up (or game's over). Balls come back if a team makes 2 shots in different cups. 1 rerack/game per team (unless you wanna forfeit your rerack, and mock your opponents for taking theirs).
Redemption rules: If team A has 1 cup left to hit, and hits 1 of 2 shots, the balls move to team B. Team B must merely hit a single cup to stay alive. If they hit a second cup as well, the second cup comes off the table, but balls don't come back. If at any point an opponent has no cups on the table, and the balls on their own side, the game is over.
Those are the most competitive rules possible, and I used to spend hours fuming over a bad night at beerpong.
