fatman 1
Just a general question. You are in co with 10 10 and the player to act before you raises. Do you re-raise or just call.
Swift_Psycho 1
I believe in general this is a 3-bet. Nothing is automatic, though. Reads are always important.
Guest Zach6668
3-bet, like it's your job, AINEC.- Zach.
Actuary 3
3-bet, like it's your job, AINEC.- Zach.I'm too lazy, so I quote.if MP3 was first in, I'd often 3-bet 77 against 10% pfr's. Cold calling HU with "just a mid pair" leaves you in awkward shape post flop, compared to the ease of palying post flop in pos, after 3-betting.if multiway before Mp3 raises, then a 3-bet:1. gives some fold equity2. helps fold A-Jx behind you3. may fold some Ax limpers hands, now facing 2 bets, making for some dead money4. for value5. disguises AK, JJ-AA.6. Fun.edit to add: I've specualted before that raising TT preflop is more importnat than raisng AA due to the neccessity to fold so many over cards. 3 betting is a powerful tool for this3-bet, like it's your job, AINEC.- Zach.I'm too lazy, so I quote.
