I'm sure there is a better place for this, but since this is the only forum I post/read I figured I'd take the liberty here:

What are the odds (or % if thats easier) that someone has the same flush draw as you?

So for instance, lets assume all 10 players see a flop that has 2 suited cards. You hold two of that suit. What are the odds someone else also holds 2 of that same suit?

I feel like I read somewhere it was upwards of 20%?

Depends on the preflop/postflop action. If all ten players are seeing the flop, then you can probably find some % somewhere that will give you a good idea. However, usually there is some kind've action preflop/postflop and fewer players in each pot, enabling you to use your reading abilities to determine what your opponents possible holdings are.
