In the early stages of a tournament, would you rather risk all of your chips holding AK against 77 or 77 against AK?I know the obvious two answers are neither or 77 (as it is the slight favorite). What makes me wonder is, you put all your chips in with 77 and you are only a slight favorite against AK, but if an A or a K hits, then you become a huge underdog. With AK, you are only a slight underdog before the flop, but a huge favorite if you hit your A or K on the flop.I guess this is why you avoid getting all in with these hands so early in the tournament. What about the do or die players? The ones who only play to win and are ready to gamble to get chips. Which hand would you choose?
how about another stupid question

What hand would you rather have? AA or KQs? I would rather have KQs because if the flop is AJT all of my suit, I have him drawing dead.
