I have a very pricey Swiss, I haven’t tried yet (not on a sandwich, anyway), a good Provolone, and of course my old standby; Jalapeno Pepperjack. Should I add a poll? What are your thoughts? It comes from one of those high falootin Paninni places (if you don't have them yet...beware they are coming) but it's ok since it fucking rocks. Had one for dinner last night....yum.
