I'm fairly new to Neteller, so I hope that someone can point me in the right direction.

I have a Neteller account. I am attempting to move money between two sights. I have successfully taken money from Party Poker and withdrew it into my Neteller account (or so it seems).

But, when I log into Neteller, the only page I can get to is a "Deposit Now" page. I can't find any sort of Account History, Transaction History, Current Balance or any thing like that pages. Where do I need to go on the Neteller web site to view this info.

As a note: when I went to Pokerroom and tried to deposit the money from Neteller, it responded with "Insufficient Funds". My guess is that the withdrawl from Party has not completed yet (about an hour ag0).

I appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

When you log into neteller, it should take you to the Account section, or neteller.com/account/index.jsf. If not, then click on the account tab at the top of the page.

If that is not there, then I don't know what to tell you. When I log in, it takes me directly to my account page, and always has.

You have to call neteller and have them remove the deposit page for you. It does that because a cashout was your first type of deposit. Did it for a lot of us. If you call them up and tell them, they should be able to get rid of it for you.

And the money will be there, sometimes it takes some time.

Remember, it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for the funds to show up.

If it says that it's been successfully been sent...uh oh.

Unless of course the problem is that your account hasn't really been recognized yet, since you're still being asked to put funds in. Other than that, follow Kurt's advice.

It's not there. I log in, but it's not there. I think I might know why. Although I have a valid account, I've never linked it up to my bank account. I opened a Neteller Account, withdrew from Party, deposited that money into FCP, and haven't used it since.

Now, I want to do esentially the same thing, but the funds from Party haven't shown up yet. I know this because I followed the link your provded:

I'm assuming you get there from a link after you log in, but I never get here. I had to type it in manually.

So anyway, I guess I can get the info I need by typing in this URL. But now the question is....


I withdrew money from Party, but it hasn't shown up in Neteller yet. How long does that usually take?

Even if it gets sent and he can't see the funds, they'll be there.... I was doing it that way for awhile... Then figured out they could get rid of it for me.
