Not to be critical of this (but i will anyway) but....I enjoy coming to this forum and of course the ocassional argument, but take a look at many of the threads around here. While a forum is a great place for the disucssion of ideas, it seems that most threads just turn into pointless long winded arguments, then comes the name calling, and the original point of the post is completely lostTake Smashes last update for example. Smash clearly explained that he was on tilt and explained his process. Then justblaze comes in and states his opinion poking fun at how everyone appears to kiss smashes ass, other people hop on the "my opinion about something completely off the subject" and away it goes.Just wondering if i'm the only one who finds this annoying. Is there really a need to argue every single point in every single thread?if it's just me i'll shut up.

People should just grow up. If they can't contribute to the discussion, they should just butt out.

I completely agree. Stating ones opinion is what this forum is all about, but it is disappointing when respected members of this site do it in a disrespectful manner. I prefer to make light of hairy situations instead of getting into word wars with people I'll never see in my life. One time in a freeroll, some guy was talkin smack to everyone at the table. I took a monster pot off him once, and he said something about my mom pleasuring him or something, so I went with it and said how she was into that sorta thing and whatever, and the whole table just completely eased up and had fun with it.I wish the same could be said for some threads here. Oh well, now I'm here to lighten the mood a little.

Also, if you play poker online and want some to get some of your rake back, www.rakebackheros.com has great deals and is run by jayistheman, so it's legit. Check it out, rakeback seriously makes a huge difference.

I agree dammit
Suggestive thinking, causing your perspective to change

And when I need to free my mind
I can find, satisfaction in a bag of weed
Everything I need, leave it to the trees
It can make me feel better, and every day I wake
Niggas rollin' up blunts, and mo blunts, and mo blunts
And I keep a case of Swisher Sweets in the trunk
So when I'm rollin', smokin', chokin', just floatin

it is kind of annoying to watch all of the smash asskissing though....blaze is simply stating that people post for smash's advice alone and disregard everyone else's.. he makes a valid point... he comes across as a dick sometimes, but from all of his posts that i've read, he has no bad intentions...... but im not gonna kiss his ass, just telling it how i see it

Smash made an informative post. 10000 people responded by telling him how great of a post it was. I made a relevant observation that these posts were pointless and making it hard to find the relevant poker discussion, and provided my logical reasoning. How is this off the subject? discussions are evolving things. That particular discussion evolved into verbal fellating of the OP, and i pointed it out. If there is no discussion, how can we ascertain what is right or wrong? The whole point of a forum is argument. If you dont like conflicting opinions, by books. I guarantee the author will not disagree with himself.

So I'm going to talk about gummy bears. Man I haven't had a good one in awhile- I remember I used to find them all over the place when I was a kid- but lately I ain't seen me none. I need a gummy bear now.
Oh man, don't get me started.... Do you remember the big ones that you could get.... they were like 10 cents compared to a penny for the normal ones, but damn they were worth it!

oh manyou ever havy the lolly pop with the gummy bear inside? You get all the way to the middle and the gummy bear was hard as hell, but you still ate it
Suddenly I turned around
And she was standin' there
With silver bracelets on her wrists
And flowers in her hair.
She walked up to me so gracefully
And took my crown of thorns.
"Come in," she said,
"I'll give you shelter from the storm."
