Hi, I've been in Las Vegas with the Weekend with Daniel winners and haven't had the opportunity to respond as fast as I usually do to some of the issues that have come up.

It appears that some players have experienced some disconnection problems with some of the tournaments that they played over the weekend. We're trying to work with the Network to find out why some players have issues and some don't.

I will be back in my normal office on Tuesday and I will deal with the players who had issues with tournament disconnections on the weekend. If anybody would like to e-mail me directly to info@fullcontactpoker I would appreciate it and provide me with as many details as possible.

I thank you for your patience and understanding that I won't be able to work on this until Tuesday.

Hi Pug, I've dealt with some of the players that I'm aware had disconnetion issues on the weekend. I don't have the details on all of the players who reported problems since the person who was compiling that information had an emergency and wasn't able to get it all to me. In some cases I believe we have e-mailed the players back looking for more information.

I looked in your account and I believe that we have sent an e-mail to you requesting some additional information from you. It was sent to your Yahoo account.

I chatted with support regarding my issue Monday night right after my disconnect issue, and they said I would get an E-mail.

So far no response. Any Idea of turn around time on these?

Hi Brisco, you can e-mail me directly at info@fullcontactpoker.com and I'll see what I can do to help you. The person at the support center who handles those issues has been unavailable which is probably the reason that you haven't received a response.
