Whats with this, seems to be getting worse.
Last night although I was sitting at the table I missed the first hand of a tourny, I never even saw cards.
Several times we (other players were complaining about it) could here the sound effects but could see no cards, if this happened at the turn or river it often seemed to skip to the next hand.
It got so bad that at one point while in a hand it locked up on me and I had to log out then back on again.
I know its not just me and my computer by the way everybody else is complaining about it.

Yes, there is a major problem with the tournament software, IMO. I have had many disconnects in weeks past, as well as the "missing the first hand" thing you refer to. I do not have this problems at the cash tables, nor on SnG's.

PS: I have posted about this and received some feedback from FCP Info. However, it is my intention to continue to support those who have this same problem. If we all speak with one voice, this issue will be resolved!

^^^ While I mean what i just said, I have to admit the last sentence sounds like a bleeding heart liberal yoga instructor anti-war slacker.

(I'd make a joke about vegans, but I don't want the wrath of DN and his supporters coming down on me.)

Cheers!

Yes, tournament lag was pretty exceptional in the 5.5 rebuy at around 9pm on wednesday as well. Not too bad as I won for $688 =P but annoying none the less to have to disconnect from the software and reboot 4-5 times over 3.5 hours

I also experienced this problem (again) last night.

I had a cash game window open that was working just fine and a tournament window that froze mid-hand and didn't comeback until halfway through the next hand.

Hi we're working with the Network to try and figure out why some players are experiencing issues with Tournaments. Diagnosing these sort of problems can be very difficult. If you can make note of when this happens to you and give us as much information as possible such as time, what games you were in, information about your computer setup etc we can pass it along to the techs at both FCP and the Network to try and get things improved.

You can e-mail me at info@fullcontactpoker.com or send the information to our support team.
